Constitution de Condotta

1. Black trim on red field shall be our colors
2. As a matter of principle we do not support either fencing or the Gray Order (Markland Order of Merit).
3. One who has not earned full membership (including one who chooses to only engage in frat fighting) shall be designated an iniziatore.
4. One who has met the following requirements shall be designated a condottieri.
   1. Must be a paid member of the Markland Medieval Mercenary Militia.
   2. Must own one's own gear.
   3. Must be active in at least two activities.
   4. Must have a "medievalish" skill.
   5. Must have an active interest in medieval history.
   6. Must pass a vote of approval. A vote of approval shall be a full two thirds of all condottieris.
5. Officers of de Condotta are the Captain, Lieutenant, Sergeant, and the Proveditori.
   1. The Captain is the leader of the company.
   2. The Lieutenant is second in command and acts as Captain when needed.
   3. The Sergeant is charged with running de Condotta frat practices.
   4. The Proveditori is the company's treasurer.
6. All members must show an appreciation of the film "Conan the Barbarian."
7. Additional positions within de Condotta (to be appointed on an as-needed basis) are: prone, groveling, supine, cardinal, fetal, bent, fodder, and ammo.

By-Laws:

1. This ain't a democracy.
2. There is nothing wrong with rice.
3. All complaints must be registered with Thorgood the Nude in triplicate.
4. Shut up and stop whining.
5. Have a sense of humor.
6. No "too much information."
7. Don't speak for the group unless you are told to do so.
